Residents enjoy tending to their patio pots, relaxing under parasols, or simply soaking up the sunshine with a cup of tea and good conversation.

From herb planting in our wheelchair-accessible beds to feeding the birds, there’s always something to do that brings us closer to nature.

Seasonal Outings and Adventures

Summer is also a time for exploring! We organise scenic outings to local spots such as The Old Shed, garden centres, panto trips, and museums.

With the warm weather on our side, these outings are the perfect way to make memories and enjoy the best of the Cotswolds. We always finish with cake and laughter—because no outing is complete without them!

Garden Parties and Community Spirit

One of the highlights of our summer calendar is the Esmere Gardens Garden Party—a celebration of community, family, and fun.

With live music, games, stalls, and plenty of delicious treats, it’s an afternoon filled with sunshine, entertainment and smiles. Residents, families, staff and local friends share the season’s joy.
