Each resident is supported by their own private GP who takes the time to understand their medical history, personal preferences and future wishes. Care begins with a face‑to‑face meeting with residents and families and continues with regular proactive reviews, prompt medical attention when concerns arise, ongoing medication oversight and thoughtful advance care planning — all delivered seamlessly as part of everyday life.
There are no call centres and no unfamiliar handovers. Families have direct access to experienced GPs who already know their loved one, allowing concerns to be addressed quickly and confidently. This approach supports earlier intervention, fewer hospital admissions and greater stability, with care managed proactively rather than in response to escalation.
