Esmere Gardens joins a family of care homes covering Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. This will be the first home in our group and indeed the country that is supported by Plus Ten Care.

Plus ten care is an innovative new healthcare platform which analyses people’s health data, in order to further our knowledge of illness prevention and early warning signs so that we may deliver better outcomes for all residents’.
Plus 10 care has been designed by and will be operated within Esmere Gardens. It is unique to our company and we hope to be able to share it with the wider care world in due course.
