Your weekly fee depends on the room selected and the initial care assessment. Our all-inclusive approach covers accommodation, personal care, meals, drinks, activities, housekeeping, laundry and dedicated private GP support.

Can we visit before making a decision?

What happens if care needs change?
We review care as needs change and discuss appropriate support with the resident and, where appropriate, their family. Our residential, nursing and dementia services may allow care to adapt within the same home. Remaining at Esmere Gardens depends on assessment and our ability to meet the person’s needs safely.
Do you support people living with dementia?
We support people living with dementia who have low to moderate care needs, subject to assessment. Care reflects familiar routines, preferences and life history. Is private GP support included for every resident?
Yes. Dedicated private GP support is included in our all-inclusive approach for permanent residents and respite guests. It works alongside our nursing team, NHS services and other healthcare professionals. Discover our GP partnership.
Can you help when care is needed at short notice?
